- 1 ¼-oz package instant yeast 2 ¼ tsp, 7 g
- 1 Tbsp sugar 15 g
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil + some for greasing bowl/pan 15 mL
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour 450 g
