A traditional food of Sonora composed of beef, hominy and beans. NO there is no chicken in the recipe, its name is due to the appearance that the white hominy form when they mix with the brown tone of the beans. It is mainly consumed in northern Sonora at lunchtime or as a main course for a midday meal.
