- Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
- Cook the Slimming World Beef Sausages in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
- Spray the same pan with low-calorie cooking spray and cook the onion and red pepper for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Cut the Slimming World Beef Sausages into slices and arrange them in the bottom of a 23cm pie dish along with the cooked onion and red pepper.
- Whisk together the eggs, fat-free natural yogurt, grated cheddar cheese, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage mixture.
- Bake the quiche in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
