Slimming World Donner Kebab


  1. Preheat the grill to high.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the minced lamb, oregano, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, and some salt and pepper.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the bowl and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4 long sausage shapes and place on a baking tray.
  5. Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  6. While the kebabs are cooking, mix together the tomato puree and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  7. Toast the pittas under the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  8. To assemble the kebabs, place a handful of shredded lettuce on each pitta, followed by some chopped tomato and red onion.
  9. Top with a cooked kebab and drizzle over the tomato puree and lemon juice mixture.
  10. Serve immediately.
