- 500g extra lean beef mince
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 200g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 WW wraps (or other low-calorie wraps of your choice)
- 40g reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.
