SW Chicken fajita pie

This is one of my favouriteĀ recipes by far šŸ˜ absolutely delicious and so free if using your HexAs. Served with speedy posh broccoli.

Ingredients:

    • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
    • 1 large red onion, sliced
    • 2 red bell peppers, sliced
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • Salt and black pepper, to taste
    • Low-calorie cooking spray
    • 4 medium tortilla wraps
    • 200g reduced-fat cheddar cheese, grated
    • 4 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
    • 4 tbsp fat-free natural yoghurt
