      • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
      • 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half or a dairy-free alternative
      • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese (optional for creaminess)
      • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
      • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil), chopped
      • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
      • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
