Slimming World Pizza Burger Pie

Instructions:

        1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.
        2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with low-calorie cooking spray. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
        3. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
        4. Stir in the tomato puree, canned chopped tomatoes, dried mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
        5. While the sauce is simmering, place the WW wraps on a baking tray.
        6. Spoon the beef mixture onto each wrap, spreading it out evenly.
        7. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the beef mixture.
        8. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
        9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
        10. Serve the Pizza Burger Pies hot and enjoy!
