- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas 6.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with low-calorie cooking spray. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
- Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Stir in the tomato puree, canned chopped tomatoes, dried mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- While the sauce is simmering, place the WW wraps on a baking tray.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto each wrap, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese over the beef mixture.
- Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
- Serve the Pizza Burger Pies hot and enjoy!
