Ingredients:

  • For the Filling:
    • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust according to taste)
    • Low-calorie cooking spray
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • 200g canned chopped tomatoes
    • Juice of 1 lime
  • For the Pie Crust:
    • 4 whole wheat wraps
    • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • For Serving:
      • Fat-free natural yogurt or fromage frais
      • Fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
