- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil, for brushing
For dipping:
- Duck sauce
- Plum sauce
- Soy sauce
