Slimming Honey Sticky Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

    • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon of a low-calorie sweetener (like a liquid sweetener suitable for cooking) or use less honey
    • 1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust according to your spice preference)
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
    • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • Use cooking spray instead of vegetable oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
