Chocolate Cake in Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
  2. Take a bowl and sieve whole wheat flour thrice.
  3. Then add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Mix well.
  4. Then add fresh curd, oil. Mix well then add milk in batches to make thick batter of flowing consistency.
  5. Grease a baking pan with butter. Pour the batter in in.
  6. Stir it with the help of toothpick to remove excess air bubbles.
  7. Place the baking pan in the air fryer. Set the temperature 180 degrees and time 12 to 15 minutes. Bake the cake.
  8. Once done, check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is cooked perfectly. Else bake it for more minutes.
  9. Let the cake cool completely. Then de-mould it.
