Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Take a bowl and sieve whole wheat flour thrice.
- Then add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Mix well.
- Then add fresh curd, oil. Mix well then add milk in batches to make thick batter of flowing consistency.
- Grease a baking pan with butter. Pour the batter in in.
- Stir it with the help of toothpick to remove excess air bubbles.
- Place the baking pan in the air fryer. Set the temperature 180 degrees and time 12 to 15 minutes. Bake the cake.
- Once done, check by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is cooked perfectly. Else bake it for more minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely. Then de-mould it.
